Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously and assist customers with pricing and information
Prepare pricing quotes and assist in maintaining dealer price lists
Obtain orders from customers and district managers
Assist with developing timely and cost-efficient delivery routes
Learn all product specifications including selling points and application
Become highly proficient in NetSuite ERM software. Leverage software capabilities to discover growth
opportunities in both revenue and gross margin
Look for opportunities to improve dealer product mix, add-on sales
Maintain regular contact with dealers to build strong relationships
Analyze sales reports to identify accounts for underperformance and new growth opportunities
Periodically travel in the field to meet customers and cover routes for district manager
Maintain CRM database with accurate information on leads, prospects and dealers
Contact out of market phone and internet leads. Close sales and arrange delivery of product
Follow up with dealers by phone to discuss current sales promotions and email marketing offers
Seek out new product opportunities that would compliment existing inventory offering
Assist with order (Picks) and loading paperwork (Packs) for warehouse and driver personnel
Correspond with customers regarding delivery dates
Support operations and purchasing departments in checking and maintaining accurate inventory levels
Work with district managers and dealers on damaged/defective product claims for quick resolution
